This policy explains what information the MedfordMedicare website collects, why it is collected and who it may be shared with. It applies to this site, to the forms on it and to the messages that follow from a submitted request.

Two kinds of information are gathered. The first is given deliberately through a form, and the second is recorded automatically by the server and by the browser when a page loads.

Small files are stored by the browser so that pages load correctly and so that general visit patterns can be measured. These files do not carry medical details and are not used to build a profile for sale.
